Why does it show a different town than where I am?
If location permission is off, Weathercast estimates your area from your internet connection, which can be off by a fair distance. Tap Allow on the yellow notice, or open Places → Current location, to use your phone's location instead.
How do I change °C/°F, km/h/mph or the language?
Tap the gear icon next to the search bar. Units and language follow your phone automatically unless you choose otherwise.
What's the difference between US AQI and European AQI?
They're two scales for the same pollution readings. The US AQI runs from 0 to 500; the European index runs from 0 to 100+ in six levels. Weathercast shows the one used where the place is, and you can pick one in Settings.
How do I save a place?
Search for a city, then tap the bookmark next to its name. Open your saved places with the list button beside the search bar.
How do I delete my data?
Saved places and settings live only on your phone: remove places in the app, or uninstall Weathercast to delete everything. See the Privacy Policy for details.
